Only week 5 of the limitless program but after using the same app for 4 years joining ladder has been a great refresh. Having someone in your ear coaching I thought would be annoying it in far more dialled in during my sessions and definitely pushing harder, upping the weights more when you have that progressive, well planned program.

I’ve been in and out of the gym for years without really knowing what I was doing, so I never saw real progress. Everything changed when I found Ladder. I’ve been using it for two years now and it’s genuinely transformed my fitness. The weekly programmes keep things fresh so I never get bored, and having a coach guiding me through each session has completely improved my form and confidence. For the first time, I’m consistent, motivated, and actually seeing results. This app has improved my life in ways I didn’t expect. It feels right that my first ever App Store review is for Ladder. You really can’t beat the value you get from this app! There are so many different teams to choose from so everyone can find something that fits their needs. I’ve tried several teams and all have been great, Endure has the programming I prefer and the coaching cues makes it feel like you are getting one on one training with a fitness coach but at a fraction of the cost! I’ve been using Ladder for a year, it’s the only thing that’s kept me consistent for the first time ever.

We don’t need a happy (insert day) for every single workout day. Please add a feature to disable it. I am cancelling for that reason.

I just stumbled upon Ladder after seeing it mentioned on Reddit, and I’m so glad I checked it out. I’m a Peloton member and love their cardio classes, but I’ve been craving more focused, bodybuilding-style strength training; and Ladder delivers exactly that. The app itself is fantastic: clean, intuitive, and incredibly well-polished. The integration with my Apple Watch and Amazon Music works seamlessly, which makes the whole experience even better. The workouts are exactly what I’ve been missing, and I’m finally seeing real results again. The trainers are excellent, the programming is smart, and the whole platform feels high-end. Absolutely worth the money. If you’re looking to level up your strength training, Ladder is a game changer.

I’ve been using the Ladder workout app for a little while now, and honestly, I’m obsessed. The structure, the coaching, and the variety make it so easy to stay consistent. The programs are super clear, the videos are quick and helpful, and the workouts actually feel like they’re designed by real coaches who know what they’re doing. I love that each session feels purposeful. No random exercises thrown together — everything has a goal, and I can actually feel myself getting stronger week to week. If you want an app that takes the guesswork out of training, keeps you accountable, and makes you genuinely look forward to your workouts, Ladder is worth every cent. Highly recommend!
