This app serves me well, most times I don’t even need to spend money on mastering a release on another platform...if your skills are there for editing, and producing then this can give you tools for both and more...My go to app, the $99 I spent for my laptop version is beyond worth every penny!! Better than Audacity, because on WAVEPAD you can listen to your entire track during EQ, and all effects too...on Audacity, NO.. YOU GET ONLY 8 seconds of your music to tweak.. A must own for all levels of engineers in my opinion for quality and fair price.. NebiLacK the Artist

Update 1.09.21: Still Broken. When you open settings there is nothing in it and the only way to close it is to swipe out of the app. This has been an issue since iOS 14 was released. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP IF YOU NEED TO USE IT PROFESSIONALLY! Update 11.17.2020: Still Broken. Settings still does not work. The settings screen is static meaning you can’t see what’s at the bottom of the settings screen because it is off screen (to large for the screen). Also there is nothing in settings. Maybe they will have the app fixed next year? Update 11.01.2020: Still broken 30 days later on iPad Pro 12.9. When you open the app it comes up with a splash screen showing you how the app works, it does this every time you open the app. When you open the app and go to settings, the settings are still blank and there is no way to get out the settings window without closing the app. I have contacted the company around 4 times with the issues and yet it has been broken since iPadOS 14 was released. Trying to find another program that does what this does. Update 10.01.2020: Still broken on iPad Pro but works on iPhone Pro...why? I think this app is programmed for iOS 14 but not iPadOS 14, they are 2 different operating systems, they are very similar and share most of the code but different. Update: I tested iOS 14 from day one and WavePad has had an issue the entire time. When you choose settings it crashes. The company has updated it multiple times but it is still broken. I found a bug, tried to report it but it wanted me to download a newer version that was windows and not iOS. Here is the bug: You save a file choosing “Save As”. You choose “.mp3/128 kbps/mono. It saves it correctly however when you just make a change and choose “Save” to save the same file it saves it as “.mp3/192 kbps/mono. The only way to get it to save as 128 kbps is to perform another “save as”. +The app could use some additional coding to support the new mouse function in iOS 13.4. Thank you for adding support to be able to save .mp3 files higher than 128kb. Also thank you for adding support to save .mp3 files in mono or stereo. Now I can remove Ferrite Recording Studio since the WavePad provides everything needed to record Audible Books. Excellent app BTW!

This app is not configured correctly for iPad , when opening other windows in the application , their size is larger then the screen itself, and cannot be closed. This application is good on windows PC , and definitely needs to be reprogrammed for iPad
