I am not using this app any more. Instead I found a HIIT routine that is a far more effective calorie burner. Also I hate being chained to a timer.

Was excited to use this app but quickly became disappointed when I learned the heart rate doesn’t not sync with app when using Apple Watch. It remains frozen on the reading for heart rate, which defeats the purpose for this app. Supports response is they don’t control 3rd party apps.

When I am jumping around it’s very hard to see where I am in each of the four minutes. What if, okay leave the “rest” screen green. Make each of the four minutes of HIIT different colors or shades. Very hard to see black minutes and seconds on a red screen. How about this: Green: chill out Yellow: first minute of HIIT Blue: second minute of HIIT Orange: third minute of HIIT Black: final minute of HIIT

I would like to do four exercises in each of the four minute periods. It would be more useful to have a little sound every one minute in addition to the sounds at four minutes and when four minutes ends. I was surprised to be billed for this very basic functionality. I could seriously just tell Alexa to set this up for me. Also during the four minute periods the screen is red and it’s very hard to read it without stopping and leaning over or getting up from burpees to drip sweat on my phone to see if I still have time or if I should move on to my next exercise. This app could be made much better. Not asking for a workout just asking for a more targeted timer.
