The app was working initially. But since I enabled Face ID it stopped. I open the app use Face ID the app loads and then there is just an empty grey screen and nothing more. It’s been like that for a while and updating the app multiple times didn’t solve it

On app launch, it asks me to continue with Face Id and then I get a blank screen.

This pension service feels like an absolute scam. No one listens to you, and their customer service is nothing but a joke. Every time I call, I get the same useless response: “someone from the team will contact you” or “send us an email,” but nothing ever happens. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all. I’ve called 3-4 times over more than a month just to update my home address, and yet, no action has been taken. Their team is completely unresponsive and indifferent to customer needs. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it comes to people’s retirement money. I’m done waiting and seriously planning to transfer my pension elsewhere. This company clearly does not value its clients and is only interested in taking your money without providing any real service.

I applied to withdraw my funds on health issues, sent them all of my medical reports, life prognosis of less than year. Call them every week for any update, and it’s same reply someone will call me back but never ever received call. No one knows why they are doing all this to a person who is dying soon. None of their colleagues had ever provided any solution, they never asked me anymore documentation still they aren’t paying my pension.

Lots of features in this app. Can see what I’ve paid in, what my employer paid in, and investment changes. Great retirement planner too.
