I got jobber to help track the data we need within our business daily. That goal was achieved. However, jobber payments has held money for going on 14 days and I have yet to get a single answer or correspondence as to when I’ll receive the funds or even be approved, as the risk management team seems to have flagged our account. Even after linking our bank account directly and sending them over nearly 10 documents total to prove we are real. Zero support, zero help, and zero people you can talk to. Assuming this gets fixed jobber payments will be turned off and I’ll outsource or develop our own payment method. How can you help a business when you can’t even properly conduct bussiness?

5 years ago I would have given Jobber a 10/10 but as the app has developed my 7 year loyalty has not given me access to any of the improvements. I don’t have sms, jobber payments or AI receptionist and with the Aussie $ low it would cost me $360 for the next subscription level but still no further functionality. So I stay on my loyalty level with basic services. Please provide all services to Australia so I can rate you 5.

It is shame that in order to add a picture to your quote you need to upgrade to growth plan. Housecall pro has it in their essentials plan which is $149/mo + email marketing and review features that are only available for an extra charge in jobber. So comparing between two, you have $149 in housecall pro and $230 in jobber for same features.

I’ve been using this app for over a year now. And it has saved me a lot of time and hassle from the way I used to do estimates. I’m an owner and operator of a small construction company. I can text email and call my customers from here. I highly recommend the jobber app.

The app is great, the software does so much for the business. Jobber payments is absolutely terrible and the people behind it are even worst. They withhold customer payments for undetermined amounts of time, they will get back to you after 7 business days. I would not rely on their payment system as their support is utter trash and they don't care about your business. I'll continue to use Jobber as their entire software is great but we will use another processor for payments.

I started my handyman business (no employees) this year and have used Jobber to keep track of service calls and jobs. It has been a great tool to keep track of each job, customer info, quotes, invoicing and photos. It helps by keeping me looking and responding professionally on the text and email side of the business. I love it and have no plans to use anything else.

This review is for the iOS app, not the Jobber platform. I like the platform quite a lot, and use it to run multiple crews for my landscape business. But, the iOS app has crashed or frozen multiple times on me, while creating quotes and requests, losing my work and having to go to a browser to get them done. All of my software is up to date. The platform works better on Chrome or Safari. The functionality of the iOS app is pretty limited to basic functions of viewing jobs, and timers, but I can’t do much in the way of settings, and several times accessing the directions through maps has sent me and my crews to wrong locations. Lastly, the timer functions have been intermittently unresponsive to my crew in the field. They often can’t clock in or out if signal is low, they can’t view notes and instructions either, if the signal isn’t great.
