Now this is a mobile game worth playing over and over. A genius blend of roguelike, dungeon crawler, dice builder, and an excellent ost. What more can one ask for?

Thought it would be cheesy but this game is awesome - there is strategy and inference and thinking ahead involved - and dice games are always fun. Don't let the low-res graphics dissuade you - it's a really FUN game!

Only app I’ve ever reviewed. I play games for 1 year before deciding if it’s worth upgrading to the paid version. I’ve been playing this game for a year and a half. I think that speaks for itself.

I’ve been getting into more mobile games as of late, and this is by far one of the best designed I’ve seen lately. I’ll get the important note out of the way first. The one time payment that’s like $9 is worth it. I played through the demo fully two times. And the demo alone was entertaining enough as it was. So I thought “eh why not” and bought the full game. And I’m glad I did The mechanics of the game are really really well thought out and a lot of it feels very balanced. The new game modes you unlock the more you play just add to me wanting to keep coming back and playing more. The later levels can become pretty tough, and sometimes the RNG for the dice can feel frustrating especially when it comes down to the wire in tense higher levels. But there’s enough strategy to make the RNG of the dice not feel too annoying. If I have one thing I’d love to see added to the game, it would be a game mode where you can keep the same characters through each level up. Because sometimes I want to keep abilities certain characters have but I lose them when I level up and it’s usually not worth it to forgo the level up just for one ability. Also having more options to allow you to switch/choose placements of abilities on the die faces could be cool. Maybe these already exist and I haven’t discovered them yet, but if they don’t I’d love to see them become features. Overall, if you’re looking for a good roguelike, this is definitely a game that’s worth a try.

So while this is a dice game and comes with rng, it feels fair. There’s still a lot of strategy that goes along with it. The only negative I can see is some of the items seem pretty useless without combo’ing with another item and there’s just too many and few opportunity to acquire items to make taking those particular items worth it unless the other item option doesn’t seem very good.

Love the game! Great fighting/healing/defense mechanics. My only issue is my ADHD, I’m the type that loves to listen to Audiobooks while playing. I hen I listen to my audiobook though it sounds distorted. Please fix!
