Bad customer service! I’ve been dealing with them for over a 7 Month , yet my issue still hasn't been resolved. I constantly have to call for updates since they never respond to my numerous emails.

extremely disappointed with my recent experience with PayBy. 1. Refund Delay: I raised a refund request on 10 July 2025 and was promised resolution within 5 working days. It’s now been weeks, and I haven’t received the refund or a proper update. I was later told it may take up to 30 days—but counted from when? The delay is unacceptable. 2. Privacy Concerns: I was unexpectedly asked to provide my bank statement by email, and when I questioned this, another agent told me it wasn’t required and didn’t know who made the request. This raises serious concerns about how my personal data is being handled. This is a clear violation of UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on Data Protection, which prohibits collecting or requesting sensitive financial data without clear justification and user consent. I expected more professionalism from a financial services app. I’ve had to escalate this matter and will be taking legal steps if not resolved. ⚠️ Use this app with caution – especially when it comes to your personal data.

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Delayed Transfer from PayBy App Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a serious issue I’ve experienced with the PayBy app. On [insert exact date here, e.g., July 7, 2025], I deposited 1500 AED into the PayBy app and immediately initiated a transfer to my personal bank account. Now, more than 3 days have passed, and the money has not been credited to my account yet. Here are the issues: 1. Misleading Information – When I initiated the transfer, the app gave me the impression that the process would be quick. Only after the transfer, a message appeared saying it “may take up to 5 days.” This kind of notice should be clearly shown before confirmation, not after. 2. Lack of Transparency – The status says the money is “sent,” but no trace exists in my bank account. This is extremely frustrating and has caused me financial loss during the delay. 3. Poor Customer Service – I contacted PayBy multiple times and was told vague things like: • “It’s automatic” • “It’s not in our hands” • “Wait another day” None of the agents provided a proper explanation or accountability. This situation is unacceptable. I request that my transfer be completed immediately, and that PayBy improves its transparency and support for users. If no action is taken soon, I will be forced to escalate this issue to Dubai Consumer Protection, eCrime, and the App Store authorities.

I’m Transferred in payby machine 1month already not received money yet too much problem. Also The call center payby spoke not good.

I have requested some error to fix however it takes more than 5 days to fix and none of the team is connected with me . I cannot top up in payby. Not a good service
