I do not know why I can no longer renew my salary loan saying I have no home address in the system, but a billing address exists. Somehow a recent update erased my billing address. Support via email is non existent, they are forcing me to go to an SSS branch to do the update. Frustrating service.

walang magawa sa mobile app. Walang silbi as in talaga. Nagdownload ako kasi diko ma access yung account ko through website kasi na deactivate yung mobile number ko. I want to change my mobile number peru di magawa sa mobile app. Kahit mag generate pa ng PRN, wala talaga. Grabeeee Pinas, napaka behind when it comes to technology and services.
