I can’t get any AI to work. I’ve scanned barcodes of >30 items in my pantry and fridge and nothing has been auto identified. I have to manually enter and take pictures of every item. There’s an ai import feature for food which claims you can take a picture to auto add to a list. It doesn’t work. Says item not found and also requires a manual add. There’s a link to buy items from grocers but it just links to their website. I still have to manually search and select all items. This is not a time saver. I had to pay for a month to determine this is non functional software. I’m canceling my subscription

I was using the free version for a while, to see if this app would be something I'd use. I do like it and was just about to subscribe, when the import features just stopped working. It won't import from a URL, and it won't import by going to the website from the app. I'm glad it stopped Working before I shelled out the money. I'll just go back to saving recipes to my Google Drive. I never needed grocery lists anyway.

Even if it didn’t include the features of online shopping and recipe entry and inventory it’s well worth it simply for the sync feature while not needing to purchase a separate subscription for our other phones. The app is the epitome of one-stop shopping. Love it!

Tutorial would be a nice idea. I’m new to this app, I have paid for it and can’t use the features. Bar scanning throws an error at me. How does the price comparison work? It says for identical items…why would I have multiple rice for instance on my list? Why doesn’t it price compare at local stores? Also why can’t I choose the stores where I shop? Why do I have three times as many options on my iPad? I can’t take that grocery shopping

What is point of week long free trial if it won’t let you try out all the options/features for plus? I am not likely to purchase if I can’t test drive the features in the free trial period . I want to see how the ai features work for adding recipes and making lists and orders before purchasing plus.
