Last day ng 2 pawn ko today, pero upon add ng 2nd pawn ticket “coming soon” na nakalagay, samantalang mga previous ko na online renewal pwede up to 5 pawn tickets, para din sana makatipid ako sa fee…..

Simula ng nag update yung apps Hindi na ako nakaka received ng bagong Ticket for renew ng sangla ko… sabi click lang para maka received ng bagong ticket for renew,, ilang ayaw na ang lumipas hanggang sa ikaw na lang pupunta sa shop nila to get it.. kc wala na useless lang ung apps na yan.. pupunta ka pa din dun sa shop nila…

PalawanPay has been the absolute worst. As UP’s official ticketing app this season, it failed from Day 1 all the way to the finals (ilang buwan yon with zero fixes or improvements???). Regular users could never check out lowerbox tickets; you’d spend 1-2 hours wrestling with the app only to end up with upperbox tickets. And the audacity to charge a platform fee when the platform doesn’t even work for the UP community? Please let nowheretogobutUP handle ticketing next year. We deserve better.

Edited: hindi ma verify kahit yr na ako gumamit d pa rin ma verify yung cousin ko 1st time mag install verified agad2 zero balance pa kasi nga 1st time ako iilang ulit na pero wala nkaka disappoint!!!!

I used the app last Sunday night, I tried to send money from my Palawanpay to Palawan express Branch but up until now they did not provide me the claim code and they already charge my account amounting to 7,000 plus service fee. They told me 2 banking days they will return the money but unfortunately its been 2days still they still informed me the same spiel again and again. They are not giving a you REAL RESOLUTION! THEY HAVE THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CHAT TO HOTLINE VOICE TO EMAIL.
