Can’t login despite multiple attempts. Keep getting 504 gateway timeout error messages. Pls fix asap. This is not rocket science. Also, garbage UI.

Opened the app several times and it is blank, not even a sign in trigger or anything. Had to call my dad to pay from me from home but imagine if I have nobody to help? How to tell the saman person? The fking app development team pay for my saman? Ccb

I received a fine and it feels like such a waste of money. The problem started because the app wasn’t functioning. NOT MY DATA OR WIFI. it refused to open and just kept loading without showing anything. Because of that, I couldn’t make the payment, and now I’ve been issued a fine. This is very unfair because the issue came from the app itself.

topup min rm20 pastu hanya untuk perking saje, taktahu dekat mana boleh parking area Jb saja ke? sebab parking kat kluang kena saman try lah call mpk kluang kenape kena saman rupanya bayar parking kat kluang tak guna MBJB tpi apps lain.. tapi kenape dekat mbjb ade location kluang..? kalau area tu parking tak boleh guma apps MBJB tak payah lah letak location sekali, org boleh salah faham pastu duit dlm mbjb tu bnyak bnyak buat ape? boleh bayar parking area Jb jer.. buat lah min rm5,pastu ade baki nak transfer balik ke bank pon boleh bukan nya biar mcm tu jer..
