So difficult to use i-witness now, this app is not even usable.

Tried applying for Clearance Certificate but the app nor the website is working. The review is only 1.8 over 5 before my review. I wonder why the people in charge are not resolving the problem proactively.

completely broken, servers crash every couple of minutes, plug-ins either don't work or are often laggy and unresponsive. if you can't hire competent app developers what's the point of digitalising everything?

Hard time logging in. Their webpage cannot apply PDL. Glitch on third “next” button. Download their app and still is a wrapper of their web page and I still stucked at third “next” button .

Numerous bugs that could be fixed such as requiring location when reporting on i-witness even when irrelevant for online crimes but worse, requiring selection from one of several options presented only to trigger an error that the selected address is “too long”. Surely this can be better done.

Cannot report traffic violations through app. Was directed to police website, have to log in Singpass to report. If you click wrong link, there is no way for you to go back. Have to go back to square one and do again. Frustrating. Might as well don’t report and let offenders go Scot free. Less work for police also.

i-Witness reporting feature works well to submit virtual reports but unable to see header and input text when in iOS dark mode.
