I have been coming to the Amber clinic for about 1 year. They have always been pleasant and professional and very supportive. I have been a patient on the phone and in person with no complaints about the facility whatsoever. Nicely run front and back office personnel!

One of if not the best healthcare app. Easy to use, all information is clear and understandable, great way to communicate with your providers, and the graphics are incredible! Epic is awesome for patients.

I’m very disappointed on how this new system works! Messages not getting to Dr. or team. I have issues that are serious and because my messages were not seen or cared about I almost lost my oxygen machines . This new system needs to be fixed ASAP!

Once you see your information once (like your discharge papers) they are never to be seen again. If you have medical records that you got at the hospital in paper form and those papers o missing at the hospital and they can’t find your papers anymore, you have no way to access them again. They suck and this app sucks for not having the same information that you need to be able to access. If I could give ZERO starts I would have

The old system was much easier to navigate and pay bills. I’ve spoken with tech support and financial support about the new system and can’t get a satisfactory answer. They have also been rude, with one tech person swearing when speaking about the financial support team. Not very professional.

2000.00 $ for 6 stitches ! Our health care is only concerned with thier own financial health . Doctors trained on how to rape your wallet 😡
Pneumonia to sepsis

Due to the quick and attentive staff at Intermountian Health my life was spared. Thought I had bruised ribs turned out I had 3 broken ribs and a punctured long. By the the time I was able to get off the road and return to Billings it had developed into pneumonia and septic arthritis which got into my blood stream. That is where the staff took over to get to work on irrigating all areas the sepsis had traveled. I actually flatlined on a few occasions and ended up on the ventilator. I ended up with 4 operations, several tubes in my chest and was intubated on 4 occasions while they repaired my lungs. I’m home now and am looking at a few months of rehab but will always be eternally grateful to the staff at Intermountian.

This app deserves 0 stars. Not only has the new awful system deleted all my history/information. All my medication history is gone. All my current medications are incorrect. No one knows what they are doing. It’s truly embarrassing for healthcare. We pay so much just to be ignored, treated poorly and it’s ridiculous. All the positive reviews must be on some serious drugs because no way is anyone getting proper care they need. FIX THIS AWFUL AWFUL SYSTEM!!!
