The old app is more functional. Who makes an app that logs you out after few minutes in the session. It takes forever from one page to another to load. What is the use of fancy UI with amazing pictures when basic functionality is not even there. This cannot even be called a beta app. I have seen beta apps works better than this. Whoever suggested to kill the other app and go with this without even doing a proper QA and beta test should be held accountable.

Somehow, they managed to make it harder to book an appointment. UI is good but UX is much worse. Please just dont use location at all, makes it clunky. Just let us choose the branch, date and time in the same page.

The old app was bad, but I didn’t know it was possible to create an even more terrible app. I can’t even log-in properly & on a rare chance that I can log-in, I’m immediately kicked out & signed-out once I try to make an appointment. It’s so bad that it’s a lot better to use the website & there’s absolutely no point for this app to exist

My CC got compromised after attempting to purchase a package in this app. CC got auto-blocked and confirmed that it was compromised as per agent. Tried a debit card this time hut still won't push through. No deductions are made though s that's ok. But why is this happening?

It’s taking me really long to reschedule/cancel my appointment. The previous app was much better in my opinion
