Been having problems with this app. Last week I guess you would call it a glitch I was removed and was asked to rejoin the group. I had access to the group but couldn’t post or respond to posts. And my admin/coach said that she didn’t do it and it had to be a glitch. Now for the past 3 days I can’t see anything except for an all white screen once I launch the app. The SKOOL logo loads up and as soon as it switches to where I would be in the group it is nothing but a white screen and I’ve waited several times for several minutes to see if anything works or would load up and to this very moment nothing works. No other way to notify the developer or get help except for thru this review because I can’t get access into the app. Will give a different rating once this problem is resolved.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription and the website doesn’t work and the app doesn’t work so now I have to get a new card because I haven’t been able to stop the subscription or close my account or anything like that

Where’s the ‘background play’ option? I’d love to be immersed in the Skool ecosystem all day, work & play but the app doesn’t allow for background play?

Don’t subscribe to this community, you just gonna waist your 10$ and each month they will deduct the money for a service that don’t worth it.

Just noticed a blocked billing attempt on my bank account today. Once yo sign up you’re sent… nothing… in hopes you will forget and not notice the $9/ mo. The app itself is buggy and unintuitive as hell. You can in fact not remove your billing method on file or find where to cancel your subscription, which is absurd.

So, in this latest update, Skool over-simplified the comment filter. You still have the ability to tag the bell icon on a thread and add to your watch list, but you no longer have the ability to show that watchlist. Everything I have saved, to date, is inaccessible. I will add that there are a lot of bugs in the iPhone and iPad versions of this app. For example, I was typing a reply this morning, and the cursor was two lines text it was typing. This displacement shows up in many areas throughout the app and needs to be fixed. It’s been like this for most of the year. Please fix this in the next update.
