There is still a lot of what looks like algae in the river but it is great to see the dams that someone built in the river has been removed.

This app has made it so much easier to contact council or other relevant authorities to report a problem in the community and the speed of which they then attend. The issue is fantastic.

Great app. Simple, efficient and helps get the job done fast! Makes it so easy to report an issue and have it assigned to most likely service provider no matter where you are. I’ve used Council and Utility apps/websites before, which can be okay but involves more time to track down who etc, plus their customer interface can be more cumbersome. This app streamlines things. Would be great if the end service could also include Snap Send Solve in any resolutions too, but that’s on the service provider end to do. Snap Send Solve - thanks so much for the great work you do, and the great app you’ve provided us to easily navigate all the different organisations involved in managing public spaces.

I contacted the council and they took all the details with my snap and senses and solve and it was worse solved within a week and a half. That’s excellent work thank you to the council.

BUG: When reporting an abandoned vehicle, it asks “Is the vehicle registered” and “Does the vehicle have registration plates” - one question is enough. PROS: Very easy to use: take at least one photo, the photo’s GPS coordinates are added automatically, choose the category, add a note if necessary, and send. Boom, done. The layout is crisp and easy on the eyes. Regular updates to squash bugs and improve the app - for example, one of my suggestions, to make it so that tapping on the tab’s name scrolls to the top of the screen, has been added. HOW TO MAKE IT BETTER: Allow us to switch off the annoying AI suggestions. Increase the Recently Snapped from three to five. Stop telling me that “A phone call might be best” - if that were the case, I wouldn’t be using the app. When reporting a problem with a public toilet, one of the options is “Broken/won” - the won shouldn’t be there. When reporting graffiti and selecting what type of structure the graffiti is on, add the option of “other.” When searching for “Incident type,” show results when searching for the solver - eg. Energex. Add the option to switch off notifications that nag us about whether a snap has been solved - if we notice that it has, we’ll let you know. On the History tab, add a button to mark all notifications as read, so we can get rid of those annoying red dots, and the badge number. Change the “Send report without calling” option so that it looks like the “Call now” button, with a different colour. Add Translink and the Department Of Transport as Solvers, so we can send reports to them. Add “street” as a search term for reporting damaged roads. Replace “pavement” with “footpath” - we’re in Australia, not England. Energex is responsible for street-lights, but the local council is responsible for park-lights - allow us to choose who to send the lights-report to. Add support for dark mode, it’s easier on the eyes. CONCLUSION: A good app, with some room for improvement - 4 stars.
