1. Create a task you need to think of.
2. Let’s link it up with some conditions that need to be fulfilled to deal with it.
3. I’ll bring the task up right when it’s relevant for you.
An example:
You want to prune your apple tree in spring. Ideally, when you are in the garden and the sun is shining.
You create a new task and choose the conditions season, location and weather.
Time to lean back and wait for good weather to come – and I’ll keep track of your apple tree! It’s really that easy.
If you want to get something done, I will prioritize all the tasks you’ve put aside and show you the best fit.
