They should add timestamps next to each completed set showing when it was checked as complete. I think it could help me to find an optimal rest range between sets. Also it could help me know how long I’ve been resting since my last set so I know when to start the next one.

This app so is simple and easy to use! Really would love a social feature where you can follow your friends to see their workouts. That would make it 5 stars!

DO NOT buy this app! Upgraded to Pro Level… It stopped working …. contacted “customer service” and NEVER got a response…. so I tried everything to try to correct the problem… no luck … what’s worse that every time I use the app it tries to get me to upgrade 👎🏻

Love this app I started using it because I hated the idea of carrying around a journal at the gym and the notes app wasn’t as functional as I’d like. For 1 the exercise library is huge and also allows you to add custom exercises for those. Also has warmup sets features and ways to mark sets as drop/fail all the sweet stuff. With that huge library creating routines for any phase of any type of training has been awesome. I have little to no complaints especially for $5 a month subscription. However the developers suddenly stopped updating the app and the features are a bit stale. So devs let’s get going, it would be nice to see metrics combined into the measurements tab or something similar. & bug fixes for ios18 there’s $20 apps over complicating thing & strong has it figured out.

I would like to capture my training history before using this app. I trained over 2 years at 3 times a week. My strong app shows only history when I joined strong. This bothers me

I’ve been using Strong for many years and I don’t think I have ever left a review. However, this is by far the best app for lifting on the market. No matter what I test out, I always come back to Strong because it’s simple to use and has every function you need for a consistent routine. Thanks for all the work on this - my workouts wouldn’t be the same without it!

This app does everything I was trying to do with a spreadsheet plus a whole lot more. It's just about perfect for my progressive overload workout.
