The card won’t load the “View card information” screen. Reviews online and in the app show others are having the same issue. I contacted support and was advised to log out and back in, but that didn’t resolve the problem. Very disappointing. Next stop, Consumer Affairs.

I tried to register multiple times, but the app won’t accept my phone number if it starts with 0. It then keeps saying “oops, mobile number not found.” Really frustrating.

I was gifted a $1k gift card. And the card won’t open in the app. It’s forever thinking. Then I come on here and read the reviews. Sigh

I had a number of gift cards which had an expiry of November 2025, which specifying the exact date of expiry so I assumed it was the end of the month. When I went to use the gift card during November 2025, the app had cancelled my credit. When I called TCN, they were unwilling to help and hung up on me. Do not use this service

Tried to redeem gift cards through work, only half went through. No answer from email or phone calls trying to fix the situation. Absolute garbage.

Still unable to add new cards as the authorisation code is not coming up

I was able to add gift cards to apple wallet seemlessly but recently no card has been able to be added, just a failed message that tells me to contact support. Yet none of the customer service options have given me a reply in days so now I don’t have an option other than to try reaching out through a review.

They’re worse than gift cards. If you can’t pay for the entirety of your order with the card you can’t use it online because it’s a debit card and not a gift card.
