I am fed up of notifications I cannot close begging for my home insurance renewal date. I have no interest in obtaining their insurance as it is £10 more per month for much less cover than my existing provider. I am pestered on the dashboard and on the notifications panel which is outrageous.

As a new user, for energy only, I find the app pretty straightforward and intuitive- but limited. It would be nice to have: Energy usage data for different periods The ability to amend direct debits and request a refund of credit balances Turn off notifications once read Apple Pay Etc etc. developers would do well to look at the Octopus app for comparison.

It’s OK but considering 1% cash back is not a great incentive on it’s own. UW need more partners to offer larger percentages. Good at coop store, 1% UW cash back plus 1% coop dividend. Makes a difference 👍 The top up via Trustly is frustrating. It sometimes takes a few minutes and a log out and back in before the transfer appears on my UW account.Not very good. All top ups should be free. After all UW hold our money.

I requested a sim THREE TIMES over the course of a month and they kept sending it to my old address despite me clarifying that was the wrong address every single time I called AND before I even moved!when I finally gave up and got a sim with another provider I had it delivered to my door within 24 hours, and my new plan is cheaper than UW. When I called UWto say I’d had enough of this game of back and forth and that I found another provider for my sim they agreed not to bill me for this months phone usage because I never received a sim to use, but I’m still going to get billed for next month because of their cancellation policy! Tried to bully me into accepting their offer to send another sim to me to validate the expense of a months subscription, but point blank refused to null the charge for what I don’t have (and frankly no longer want). Wasteful and ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle and get a sim with ANY OTHER PROVIDER.

I have one of the first smart meters. It not doing its job and I hear others are finding there are faults too. No one is helping me here at Octopus. I have gas central heating, a 4kw solar system and 2 lg batteries. I use very little electricity except for 2 convection heaters in my annexe which I monitor My electricity bill is huge - up to £400 a month in the winter. Gas bill much less . I would like an up to date smart meter but Octopus says there is nothing wrong with the one I have. Why won’t they change it?

When you activate an auto top up it doesn’t check immediately if you are below the low balance threshold it appears to need a transaction to complete to check.

We have been ‘incorrectly’ categorised as having paper bills. UW have fixed this to electronic. We had elected to have and pay for paper bills. To confirm paper bills the link takes me to somewhere where it’s not obvious how to confirm paper bills. So UW, would you make it obvious how to continue with paper bills, and continue to pay for the privilege, or would UW prefer me to leave and find another supplier after 16 years? John Cornish
