This application is very bad!! Impossible to add club card to scan or manual if i want add manual got error and card number cannot save it and said incorrect but my card number is correct all option is got full error message always very bad UI themed this app all function is error message so urgent made fix it. Login with face id same come error always….

So for IE we can no longer top up online and we have to use this dreadful app thats all errors and pulling hair out trying to use it, from log in to top up and apply add ons! Defo gonna switch!

For some reason the app stops working on occasion where it will log you out. When you try and log back in an error 503 is shown. The only way to fix is to delete and reinstall which is very annoying. Other than that app works ok.

I would love love to say this app works but it does not. I joined Tesco after finding a good deal with their bill pay plan for an iPhone 15. Since day one I have had nothing but trouble with the app and website. Won’t let me log in to either and I’ve tried everything to fix this issue. As soon as my contract ends I will be switching to a different network. Far too much hassle to stay with Tesco.

Horrible. Got 24 months contract (only because of a good price on iPhone 14) and since beginning of December trying to move my number from Eir. Been in touch with like 5 support agents (online and in person) and all said that number will be moved in few hours. Well, it’s not. On my page it’s showing that they’ve created multiple requests (without canceling previous one so it won’t interfere with each other) and because of that “Unable to process further” but they simply don’t understand how to fix their own mistake. Stay away.

Trying to register and all I get is error messages with no explanation as to why the error occurs. Is it me, or is it the app?! tell me why so I can do something about it!
