This app was super helpful! Maybe some of the information was intuitive, but it was so convenient that every few hours for a day or so before our trip and for the first day of the trip, I would get little reminders about caffeine use, light exposure and sleep suggestions to help me feel great once we landed in Japan from USA! I basically had no jet lag at all! It was reassuring to have scientific backing for a plan to limit exhaustion for my family of 5 as we adjusted to the new time zone and we all did great on the Timeshifter plan!

I put my flight details in from London to Australia & it told me to sleep while I’m on my 2 hour layover? Didn’t work for me and deleted after this trip.

I used the app on our trip to Greece. The return flight was 9 hours to the US and another 2.5 hours home. I worried about jet lag but it was a piece of cake- it was perhaps the easiest return I’ve experienced. Check it out!

I often travel from North America to Asia to see my wife. The time difference is 13 or 14 hours depending on daylight savings. This app has allowed me to virtually have no jet lag when I arrived in Asia. (I follow instructions to the T, using caffeine, wearing sunglasses and using melatonin to help) This allowed me to enjoy more quality time with my wife. Returning the North America is usually more brutal but the app has helped reduce jet lag periods from 2 weeks to 4 days. I pay per trip, which allows you to plan a round trip flight. A more frequent traveler would benefit from the monthly sub.

I traveled from the US to India and followed the app’s instructions, and had no jet lag. Upon my return, I was back to business as usual and with 0 jet lag!

I prepared for my flights from Seattle to Paris by closely following Timeshifter instructions. I also purchased a small, inexpensive light therapy unit to use for the “bright light” moments - carrying around with when possible! Although sleeping in economy is rough, I kept my eyes closed and managed to sleep a bit. All in all I had very little jet lag!

Amazing results! I usually experience intense jet lag symptoms, but I followed the plan closely and barely felt any this time.
