i tried to pay for parking at 3098 location on cordova like 50 times and it would not let me. it just keeps showing an error message or the app literally shuts off. even when i try to delete my card from my account it shows another error message. ended up downloading parkmobile and paid there.

Wasted all of dinner time trying to pay and getting errors. Called in for help they acted like my cards didn’t work. Then at the end of dinner it magically started working! Awful!

Why do I need to install an app when a website would work? Why do I need to make an account when I could checkout as a guest? Why do I need to type my full card number when I would prefer Apple Pay? Why do I need to give you my location? This is such a slow and invasive process for something that should be simple.

Using this mobile app had an additional 33$ “event charge” while the other apps to pay for parking did not. Contacted customer service and they are useless. This app also does not allow you to delete your credit card information, check google reviews. Tons of people getting false charged

I tried multiple cards to upload my payment and even tried at the payment metre it did not go through with any of them or through the app. Every where else in Vancouver uses a pay by phone app. I’m not sure why this area is different.

You could not possibly make a cheaper app than this. Do not support this kind of product or service at any cost, even free.

Installed this because it was the first option listed for parking in a garage in downtown Bethesda this morning. ...after asking my car information and card information and address and all that...it lost my car information and wouldn't register the meter (especially obnoxious because this particular meter is free for the first two hours and I was there for like 30m). Tried adding cad info again... still didn't work. Installed the next company's app and THEIR app (not this one) worked flawlessly in seconds. Uninstalling. One star, only because I can't give zero or negative.

Do not use this app. Any rental/share or loaner car on your vehicle list will always be subject to charges in other lots long after you have returned it. You must ensure to remove the car from your list after you have used it, otherwise you can be charged without your consent.
