The only workout app that made me fall in love with home workouts

I used to be a total gym rat but ever since having two kids, it’s just so practical to follow the workouts. I don’t have the mental capacity to plan my workouts and don’t have the time to go to the gym anymore. I love having a workout on hand every day, feel challenged every day I work out and doing enough by following 3 workouts a week. Would recommend to anyone with a busy schedule. I’ve only been buying the monthly plans because I might get sick of it some day, but for the past two years, it’s my workout of choice Edit: 1,5 half years and 1 kid later, still hitting those 3 trainings a week with Abby ❤️ I followed the workouts throughout my pregnancy and they helped me get back to fitness postpartum. The new collections keep things exciting and fresh and I know how to progress my workouts.

I love all Abby’s workouts, you would think that maybe because the workouts can be short or with no crazy weights you won’t feel it like at the gym, but 10 minutes in and you are sweating and working yourself up to do the final reps. She really balances it all out so well! The only thing is I wish the app had a better way to track the exercises you do like in a calendar type, so you could always go back and see which exercises you did before.

Abby’s approach to fitness just makes sense! Her challenging workouts kick your butt but she offers mobility and yoga-like workouts to keep your body feeling limber and refreshed. I love how the workouts vary to keep you interested & Abby’s demonstrations are easy-to-follow. Thanks for the great app!

I had a personal trainer for a good 6 months, and I got so burnt out. I have tracked macros and lifted weights for the last 10 years. I had twins and thought losing pp weight, I just needed to go back and do what I did before. I got the same trainer I had before the twins, and I BARELY lost weight. I was so over all of it. I has seen Abby when I first first started getting into weightlifting. Stumbled across this and I LOVE it! I get to have running (which I really have been loving), lift weights and add a spice of Pilates, but it’s also DO ABLE at home! I can feel myself getting stronger, I’m able to commit because they’re not 2 hour workouts. I use to struggle with consistency in my workouts, but I have almost fully completed one of the show up series without missing a day.

After 10 years of doing yoga sculpt classes religiously, I switched to doing these workouts 2-3 days a week and I love them! I’ve been on the app for a year now, working out 2-3 times a week. The instruction is detailed, the workouts are so varied, and I feel like I always get a full body workout. I appreciate the room for modifications, and I always know how to make the workouts more or less challenging.

As a woman pushing well into her peri-menopause years of life I want to say Thank You to Abby Pollock for providing me with the fitness regime/lifestyle that perfectly suits this pivotal time. This fitness app syncs well with my smart devices and allows me to workout with a knowledgeable partner. The less is more mindset allows me to appreciate what my body is capable of along with Abby giving form correction ques throughout the workout to keep me in check. An amazing fitness app and team for all bodies.

I have been following Abby’s journey and workouts since 2020 lockdown and wow has my body changed. The structure is phenomenal, the workouts are never boring and she takes great care to make the content fresh. Perfect for any level of fitness as she’s very intentional about moving in a way that’s right for you in that moment. Whether you’re looking for strength training, mobility, cardio, low-impact - doesn’t matter - she has it ALL! I went to my first ever workout with a trainer this week (I’ve been only using only Abby’s workouts since 2020) and he asked me if I was a gymnast, or if I did sports because I “move like and athlete.” I don’t and I never have! It’s all Abby!

I absolutely love Abby’s workouts! Always feel like I did so much in such short time, super efficient. I wish there was an option to make your own weekly schedule, so you can choose which workouts you want or which you did and tick them off. Even if you could choose a program, once you choose the week, it move into the weekly schedule so you didn’t have to put the workout your on.
