I initially used them to pay for the SSS contributions of my parents and helper for more than a year only to find out that none of the payments have gone through. Now that the money was “processed back” to my Moneygment account.. I processed for it to be “cashed out” so I can get it back to my bank account. Guess what? I’ve reached out to BSP and they’ve been stringing me for more than 2months now since April 19 and I still haven’t gotten a single cent in my account. Please go ahead and submit a complaint to BSP, the name of their company is actually Togetech Inc.

This is so frustrating. The transfer fee is insane! Just wanna transfer ₱17, and their fee was ₱120!??? Siraulo ba tong gumawa ng app na to!!??

It has been a month already! I submitted my valid id and selfie to upgrade my account! Until now there was no response! Are the staff and people behind this app dead!?

On May 25, 2024, I attempted to withdraw 19,800 philippine pesos and on July 1, 2024 5,000 pesos. Until now, I still haven’t received it. I sent a follow-up message many time but the respond I got is that it is still on process. The hell it’s been 3 months already! In addition, On September 15, I attempted to withdraw an amount of 9,950 (Php), 2 months after Nov 15, money still not refunded.

I make the transaction to trasfer my fund from the app to my account on february 2024, until now its not been processed. Its been 9 months now

I AM AN OFW , I DISCOVERED THIS APP THRU YOUTUBE HOPING IT COULD HELP ME PAY MY SSS CONTRIBUTION WITH OUT HASSLE BUT THIS APP IS A NIGHT MARE!!! I PAID BUT WHEN I CHECK MY SS CONTRIBUTION ONLINE MY PAYMENTS WAS NOT REFLECTED BUT MY MONEY WAS GONE ! I EMAILED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NO AVAIL MY HARD EARNED MONEY WHO KNOWS WHERE WAS GONE IN THD WIND DONT INSTALL!

Paid my SSS contribution on Oct 29, they said it would take 1-3 business days before being posted in the system. It’s Nov 23 now, and yet my contribution is still nowhere to be found!! What a scam. They just kept on saying that they will update me as it still processing but I never got an update! DONT USE THIS APP!

Can’t understand why it takes so long for them to process the cash out? Of course anyone will feel frustrated because money is involved. Their customer service only kept saying sorry for the delayed but I think they did not do anything about it. They will tell you processing time is 1-3 business days but it takes forever. 😤😤😤 Also with the SSS contribution payment, it is so disappointing that 6 months contribution was not posted. They will only take action if you e-mailed them and ask for explanation/update. But still thankful that they refunded the amount paid for the 6-month contribution but yet as I said takes forever to process the cash out. I hope you will do something about your processing time of the transactions especially the posting of contributions to the SSS portal because now a days, people will look for apps that will make things easier. You only wasted my time. 😩😩
