I tried to have some medicine mailed to me from the USA but it never arrived. Never received any notification from them about receiving the package. I tried calling them on the number listed on the app but the number listed is a scam where they try to get you to say “yes” to a free $100 gift card. Don’t waste your time on this app. It’s a total scam!!!

This was the last time I will ever use their services. They delivered my package to the wrong customer and couldn’t locate it for almost two weeks. The only reason I even found out the package was in Georgia was thanks to the kind woman who received it by mistake—she called and returned it to the Gldani branch. The package contained glasses for my 3-year-old son and I was desperately waiting for someone from the company to actually care enough to find it. After countless calls and emails, they finally located the package but refused to deliver it to the correct branch—just because it had been opened. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They lost my child’s glasses and showed zero responsibility or care. On top of that, they’re also one of the most expensive. Use any other delivery service. You’ll thank yourself later.

Unfortunately, because it is only this company. They are doing worse every day. After the cargo is delivered to their office, you send a message again 1 week later and they say no, we could not find the cargo number, the cargo did not arrive. Then they find it and send it, but it takes too long. I wish there was an alternative.
