Definitely not good first impression. Uncomfortable around my neck. Felt digging into bottom of jaw. Didn’t enjoy gel feel against my skin. I had high hopes for this, but after first session, not sure if I’ll continue. Sadness. Even submitting this review on app proved practically difficult. Fix the app. I had to come to App Store to leave review.

Using the Pulsetto is a very calming experience. I have chronic pain and hoping the pain will be alleviated by the Pulsetto. Still in the early stages of use, but I already feel calmer!

The product works ok and similar to similar products that stimulate the vagus nerve. My issue is the software and privacy concerns. The device does not work unless it is connected to their web service. This means all data collected in the app is transmitted to some Eastern European server. All processes and services should run locally and the same with all data.

I ordered a device package that included the premium service, but when I finally received the device and tried to sign up in the app it says my order number is invalid. I tried signing up without it figuring I could enter that later but there’s no option for that. I tried selecting one of the buy options to see if that would do anything helpful, but it just prompted to pay so I exited the payment without confirming. Hours later I received an email indicating the purchase went through anyway, and there’s a pending charge on my card. I’ve emailed customer service but haven’t received a response. Not sure if this is a new problem but it’s an extremely bad first impression of the company, app, and product in general.

Oh well…..Premium features worked again for about 3 days. ….. The Pulsetto has helped so much, but the premium app is too faulty to be worth the money.

A very pleasant 10 minutes. I used intensity setting 7 where I could feel the pulses and initially felt my neck muscle on the right side, jumping. It surprised me, but it wasn’t at all painful or unpleasant. That only lasted perhaps 7 to 10 seconds. From that point on, I could just barely feel the pulses of the device. I am looking forward to the next session. I’m not sure that the number seven setting was the ideal one, but that’s where I first felt the pulses.

I like the product, but the app frequently shuts off in the middle of sessions or it deletes completed sessions if I don’t press the “Finish” button soon enough. This makes it difficult to track how often I’m getting the sessions into my schedule.

Don’t waste your money on the premium features. You can’t log into them and even after you buy the premium app, the app continues to ask you to sign up for it and pay that extra money all over again. Requesting help doesn’t get you anywhere either.
