I want to do good work, but this app made it impossible on my recent route. The app repeatedly failed to load orders, navigation, or package scans, so I couldn’t pull up the stops to complete the deliveries. Because of that, I could not physically go to the locations — it would have been unsafe to drive without working navigation, especially in the heavy rain and cold that day. Visibility was already low, and the app issues made it worse. Even though these were technical problems, some deliveries were still marked as “not attempted,” which is not accurate and caused unfair pay deductions. I also spoke with other drivers who experienced the same system failure, so this was not a one-off issue. You will also see the same issues in the recent reviews here on the App Store! Drivers shouldn’t be penalized for app malfunctions or placed in unsafe conditions just to avoid losing pay. This needs to be addressed immediately. If this issue is not resolved, I will be filing formal complaints with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to ensure drivers are treated fairly.

There is always a problem with the app, is super slow, support respond after two days. A lot of bugs including the worst of them which after you finish your route, the next day it tells you there is a package that hasn't been delivered and it makes the route say is not completed again and wants you to drive to the delivery location again CRAZYYYYY

So this app is the result of a random Indian tech person who had the capital to secure larger accounts. The app is EGREGIOUSLY bad. There are technical difficulties every single day, they lack “in route” direct support so you can find yourself stuck trying to bypass or figure something out for HOURS, occasionally your “instant” cash out will fail and you’ll have to wait days to receive a payment. A vast majority of these reviews are fake and purchased to manipulate this apps standing in the market. I can go on for days about how bad this app actually is. Although the pay go routes is decent, it’s almost always deceiving. The routing of stops is terrible. If you have a longer 4-6+ hour route, you’re almost guaranteed to run 2 hours over no matter how experienced of a driver you are.perfect example of something I recently went through - on Halloween I picked up a 5 hour $130 route (sounds okay) when I went to pick up the packages from the after hours locker, there was a wrong package, in this case we must contact support to bypass and continue organizing packages… when I did this , I didn’t hear back from support for over 5 hours, I ended up delivering these packages until 1am. They then sent me a form to adjust the pay, filled that out, got my “ticket received” email from the stating I’ll hear back in 5-7 days… it’s now Dec 3rd lol and I’ve contacted them about it various times to no avail. Just today my $128 instant pay failed and when I contacted support about it (in detail) they replied “you’re route has been completed, if you’re having problems posting pictures, be sure to contact us” . . . Had NOTHING to do with my inquiry.. so now that payment is probably lost in the abyss for weeks. DO NOT GET THIS APP!

This app is really pathetic. The customer service team support is pointless. They don’t reply until days later. The app gets stuck. They won’t clear your completed deliveries on time. Etc. wait on funds this company is TERRIBLE. RUN FAR AWAY.

At first, the app was great, but now they're taking advantage of the situation. It's the app that pays the least for deliveries and has way too many packages to deliver. I'm definitely very disappointed.
