ForceMaps: Skip Google Maps. Go Directly to Apple Maps or Waze. ForceMaps is a Safari extension for iPhone that automatically redirects location links from Google search results into Apple Maps or Waze—so you never have to deal with Google Maps again. When you search for directions, restaurants, or addresses in Safari, Google often tries to open its own Google Maps app or keeps you trapped in Google Maps within Safari. ForceMaps stops that. Instead, it opens the address directly in Apple Maps or Waze, giving you a smooth, native experience without Google's interference. ForceMaps works seamlessly with your preferred map app. Choose between Apple Maps or Waze as your default navigation app, and all Google location links will automatically redirect to your chosen app. No more "Open in Google Maps?" popups. No more being stuck in Google Maps within Safari. Just fast, clean redirection that keeps you in your preferred navigation app. The extension also intelligently hides Google's AI-generated content boxes, giving you cleaner search results focused on what matters most. ForceMaps is private, lightweight, and made for users who prefer the iOS experience from start to finish. Key Features: - Automatic Redirection: All Google Maps links instantly open in your preferred map app - Smart Address Detection: Intelligently extracts addresses from Google search results - One-Click Directions: Get directions in your preferred map app directly from Google search results - Multiple Locations Support: Works perfectly with businesses that have multiple locations - Popup Blocker: Blocks annoying "Try Google Maps app" and "Sign in to Google" popups - AI Content Filtering: Optionally hide Google's AI-generated content boxes for cleaner results - Native Integration: Seamless experience across iPhone, iPad, and Mac - Privacy-Focused: No data collection, no tracking - your searches stay private - Lightning Fast: Instant redirection with no delays - Universal Compatibility: Works on all Google domains and search results - Customizable Settings: Choose between Apple Maps and Waze as your default navigation app Only available for iPhone. seems to be the only safari extension to properly redirect to apple maps, i’ve tried two others and noticed inconsistencies such as plugging in a street of similar name in a totally different country

Core functionality given. However, the removal of Google AI in Results currently does not work. I don‘t know if it is technically possible it would be awesome if Google “Directions” button could also redirect to Apple Maps.
