Nutrition Diary - Fitony will help you optimize the nutrition system for your individual characteristics, depending on weight, height, age, and apply it to achieve the desired result: reducing fat or gaining muscle mass.
To maintain the beauty of the body and health, it is not enough to monitor the calorie content, it is necessary to properly distribute proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
The app will tell you the amount of protein you need, depending on your physical activity, the minimum amount of fat for normal functioning, and the right amount of carbohydrates to achieve the result.

You can subscribe to optimize the nutrition system for your individual characteristics, depending on weight, height, age, and apply it to achieve the desired result: reducing fat or gaining muscle mass.
Subscription starts after a trial period of 3 days. Subscriptions automatically renew and are billed weekly, monthly or annual at the rate selected based on the subscription plan.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Any unused portion of the free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to this publication, where applicable.
