I just started at waffle house an it been tuff leaning the marks with the plates really don’t help with speed but I’m giving it my best then boom this app just blows it today I haven’t been able too check my schedule or my check sub smh

I work at Waffle House atm and it’s such a hassle dealing with the app. I can’t even press something sometimes with out its freezing or not doing anything.

I’m a employee and use this app and its useful but it’s really bad. Sometimes it just doesn’t work and sometimes it logs you out for no reason. For a multi-million dollar company this app is very poorly coded and I feel they could’ve made this app much better.

New employee that cannot set up her USAA account to receive direct deposit. Employee app allows only 9 digits for routing number field, yet, my USAA routing number is 10 digits. Very frustrating.

It’s very good, but the only thing that bothers me about it is that there isn’t a way to mark your availability on the app. So, when your boss goes to put in the schedule they have a reminder that you can’t work certain days/shifts. That is all, thank you so much.

Genuinely can’t express how aggravating and frustrating this app can be. They honestly need to update the app, how is the company going to expect its workers to see their portfolios if their app hardly works.

I’ve had this app for about a year now and most of the time the server is down and you can’t look at your schedule. It’s frozen more than not and won’t keep you signed in. It’s useless to have an app for employees to check everything if it doesn’t work.

I have been an employee using this app since I started and at first it was perfectly fine no problems whatsoever then 3 months later and still continuing this app has become a major pain in my side to the point I don’t even bother with opening it to check my check stubs anymore because i either get logged out and have to fight with it for DAYS or get a error message saying can’t connect to the servers, maybe if they would take the time to update and treat it like they should treat their employees, then maybe things would be a lot better
