This app is pretty much unusable. The latest update has made it such a tedious and repetitive process to do anything on it.

Forced to downland the new app. Account details were not accepted at login. App would not send password reset link. Had to go to create a new account for it to send an account activation email. Prescription data saved on previous app was not available in the new app, had to enter it all again. Very poor experience for access to pretty much the same app but with more pop ups!

After updating the app I have to register again as a new user which itself is not a good user journey on top of that my previous order history is wiped off leaving me no idea of my existing leftover monthly prescription for ordering. The way it is designed and implemented is customer friendly. Design use case based on customer experience as they are the one who are going to use it rather than just to showcase you have an app. I am a IT Quality Manager and speaking based on my QC experience.

The new version of the app is crashing when I try to go into the digiscript section. I’ve also removed the old version in case that was causing the problem.

Had to input all existing prescription info into new app. This is not an update it’s a different app altogether.
