95% of the app is bots recycling posts to make the groups seem alive. The other 5 percent is comprised of guys wacking off and scammers posting pictures of women from Russian social media while luring men to send revealing things and then extorting them for money.

Beyond the horrible social atmosphere, lackluster moderation and poor design, the app is riddled with intrusive pop-up ads with no minimum delay between them. I'm writing this because I just got 10 of these ads in the span of 5 seconds. I was trying to type 2 sentences and couldn't because every half second it would show another one that'd I'd have to swipe away from. Many of these ads are deeply inappropriate and creepy btw. They also cause your autocorrect to activate since you stop typing but you'll be halfway through a word and it gets it wrong; You have to delete the entire word and try again and - oop - another ad! The automated moderation system is easily misused by bad actors. Spam reporting gets innocent users temp banned all the time while absolutely horrible, clearly TOS breaking stuff stays up indefinitely. I've been a pretty active user for several years now but this has gone beyond downhill. The app is a garbage dump now. I wanted this to be a fallback after leaving several other platforms but no longer. Not worth the harassment, bullying, bigotry and terrible scrolling experience.

my posts get taken down when i am not being mean or identifying anyone, they can’t say what guideline i am violating they just take them down immediately without explanation when i didn’t do anything wrong

The company that purchased this app has utilized ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE for everything, including moderation! 😡 Your account will constantly get wrongfully moderated and the “support team” doesn’t do anything about it. LOOK FOR ANOTHER APP, there are several significantly better apps out there!

They will ban you for pretty much anything they want. Definitely not free speech friendly. Got an “indefinite suspension” while already on a 48 hour suspension. All from mass reports of people with opposing opinions

Great app, but the in-app ads hijack & force redirect to the App Store or sketchy web pages very often. I’m fine with in-app ads, but please vet your ad service providers!
