I’ve had the app for awhile now, at first I had issues with signing in, seeing my credits change or rise, and my transaction history wasn’t uploading until 24-48 hours later, but all is now fixed and asking for help via email to the Z support team was easy & I always got a quick reply. The Z Teams at my local stores are on point everyday I arrive, I go straight to drive thru say morning Z-Team and head straight to the payee window as my local know my order, I love it, they even knew my card number. Coopers plains staff are always on there A game, greeting with a smile, so polite, quick and efficient, they get to know there regular customers. I haven’t visited a coffee shop daily like I have Zarraffas and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Grande mocha Extra shot Skim milk 3 sugars Full crown of cream Mighty cheese Please 😉

This app has helped me and my family so much on road trip to know what to order before we get there and what is in what they are drinking and all the stuff is so nice and waiting for you to get your QR code so I recommend getting it

Feedback on app - logged me out and forced password reset. Took repeat attempts to set and again logged out - super frustrating!

I’ve been telling Zarraffa’s for years to launch an app! It’s finally here! Love having access to my card on my phone. Only thing that would be great is to be able to order on the app, be told when the drink will be ready or advise when I’d like to pick up the drink, pay on the app and then just rock up to pick it up at the time advised. Or for people like me who always uses the Thermos, be able to say that I’ll come with the thermos so that I keep doing my part for the environment. Unless Zarraffa’s team up with Green Canteen and people can just advise that they are bringing a Green Canteen reusable cup and their order will be ready in a new Green Canteen reusable cup for faster delivery. Lots of opportunity! But well done on launching the app ☺️

You have to have the most ridiculously secure password, like someone’s going to hack your zarraffas account. So annoying
