The system they use is designed to get you into more debt than you can afford to pay and end up trapped in a cycle of high cost hidden fees. Much better alternatives available, Klarna or PayPal offer something far better than this. Avoid like the plague.

Terrible customer service joined in June 2023! Have the max limit but their services are terrible and I have had over 186 Purchases closed with them. I was part of the Zilch Club! But as a ex loyal customer there service is awful especially from Sharlotte from Customer Service team sending automated scripted responses.

I have almost never written reviews but I must do this to remind other users. Their customer service is absolutely clueless of what they are doing. Their app is not functional. I couldn't get my referral reward then wrong shopping rewards for three times! When I asked their CS, either it is a template answer or they simply tell me they can't help. There are a lot of bugs in the app and they sometimes silently fix them and sometimes ignoring them. In any case they won't come back to you and compensate. I'm very frustrated and have just lodged a complaint with FOS. This app should not exist if it is not working properly. There is much better cashback or payment platforms out there, I feel insulted when their CS repeatedly tell me for weeks that things that i have already done. If Zilch ever read this, please note that I don't use social media.

Can not get into the account. Was years ago when I set an account up, tried to call and give information, I know all log in details, my name date of birth but cannot remember which address i lived at when I signed up to the account. Also my phone number has changed. Ive been on the phone several times to try solve this but no one can they just tell me to figure out which address i lived at but I can’t possibly find that out, all I need is to change the phone number so the code goes to my email address instead and then I can log in. But no one can help me for some reason it’s impossible to get me into my account. And I know the app is really good because my friends use it so it is really disappointing. If I could give - 1 starts for this problem not being able to be sorted out, I would.

What an i say amazing card that is so flexible to use and accepted shops or online truly great gives £400 credit but thats then nothing

Great service as long as you’re spending money — but the moment they owe you a refund, everything seems to fall apart. Their system suddenly develops “technical errors,” unexplained delays, and mysterious reasons why your refund never reaches you. My first refund of £175.99 was held for about 3–4 weeks, not including the time I had to wait for it to be processed to my bank. At one point, they even claimed my bank had bounced the refund — something both of my banks confirmed never happened. After all that, they asked me to provide my bank details (sort code, account number, etc.) again… information they already had. Less than a month later, another refund of about £128 is now being delayed because they say they need a transaction number I already provided, followed by yet another “technical error.” The excuses are odd and frankly shady — especially considering that when they finally processed the £384 refund, it was sent as a regular payment. In UK banking, that normally takes minutes. Yet after making me wait weeks, I still had to wait another 3–5 business days. What makes it even worse is that if you were this late paying them, they would immediately apply late fees and other consequences. But when it comes to protecting customers from their behavior, nothing seems to exist. Avoid at all costs. They’re perfectly fine when you’re paying them, but the moment they owe you money, you might as well expect them to ask you to travel to wherever they live to collect cash due to “technical difficulties.”
