Sport Science Test allows you to test in 3 ways, through dozens of tests updated and enriched regularly:
- POWER: evaluation of the strength-velocity profile for the upper and lower body, measurement of jumps, analysis of stances, measurement of power, speed and maximum strength
- MOVEMENT: global and analytical evaluation of posture and movement. Instant feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of the body, but also qualitative. The application provides strength and flexibility workouts.
- ENDURANCE: by grouping together all the major scientifically validated tests, the application makes it very easy to obtain the VO2 max and the Max Aerobic Speed of your athletes.
BIOMECHANICS OF JUMPS
- SST precisely measures your vertical jumps. A real jump test in the palm of your hand.
- Determine precise metrics on the quality of your jumps: contact time, height, jump power
- The application uses the scientifically validated algorithms of Samozino and Morin to establish a force-velocity profile in a few jumps.
- The force-velocity profile with the use of the high-frequency camera of recent phones is as accurate to within 2% as measured with a force platform.
- Explore all jumps: CMJ (with countermovement), SJ (loaded or unloaded jump squat), SCMJ (stato-dynamic without countermovement), and even Drop Jumps.
- Establish theoretical maximum force (F0), maximum speed (V0) and maximum power (Pmax) for real benchmarks.
POSTURE AND MOVEMENT ANALYSIS
- 2 signature tests (Broussal/Bolliet) with exclusive algorithm
- Measure movements simply, report instantly.
- Get measurements for large analytical and global strength and flexibility tests.
