Terrapino for longevity and healthy brain aging is available for free download. After registration, it is recommended to complete the ARA questionnaire, as the app calculates your ARA score — an estimate of your risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.
Another useful test is Emotion Recognition, which can offer additional insights.
The app supports physical activity by tracking your steps and offers cognitive brain training. Its goal is to keep the brain engaged and to strengthen all six cognitive functions that decline with age — in a playful way.
It helps train memory, concentration, alertness, decision-making, verbal abilities, and spatial orientation.
You can also ask a specialist a question directly through the app. Conversations are private and never publicly shared.
