You can schedule appointments and easily hold consultations with our physicians at American Hospital, Koç University Hospital, MedAmerican Ambulatory Care Center and Bodrum American Hospital using the Koç Sağlık Yanımda mobile app. It is also possible to effortlessly keep an archive of your consultations and medical records on the application.
Koç Sağlık Yanımda offers a reliable infrastructure for your online appointments. You can simply select the department and physician of your choice, view your doctor’s schedule and set an appointment for the desired time and date. All you need to do is be ready and available at the device you plan to use for your consultation at the time of your appointment! It then takes just a click on the ‘join’ button, and your doctor will be right next to you.
The appointment reminder function makes sure that you attend all of your appointments on time. You can view upcoming appointments and personalized notifications on the notification screen. If you wish, you can choose to receive your notifications via SMS as well.
Koç Sağlık Yanımda provides a useful medium for archiving your medical history, where you can keep copies of tests and investigations such as x-rays and laboratory test results. You can thus benefit more actively from your consultations.
Our system is based on a powerful information security infrastructure. If there are appointments that you wish to keep invisible, you may prevent them from being viewed in the private mode. You can also turn off notifications for upcoming appointments. Payment screens are also secured with effective measures.
Koç Sağlık is capable of keeping track of regular and follow-up appointments, making it possible for you to make use of your 15-day follow-up appointment intervals free of charge.
