App is a little confusing and the tracking link is very unhelpful and was wrong. Plus I couldn't use it in the app. Had to go through the internet. Hate to be mean, but customer service chat bot and actual people were useless.

Apparently a thief out of CA stole my two rewards from my app. Bath and Body needs to make the app safer to use because luckily I don't keep my credit card info saved on it because more than just my two earned rewards could have been stolen. I'll be calling Bath & Body customer service about this fraudulent activity on the app. So customers beware of this app because it isn't safe to use.

This app is worthless!!! It freezes or lags very often. After over an hour of trying to checkout, I finally just logged in on my laptop. Why make it so hard to take my money. This app has no feedback option like most other apps. UPDATE: STILL A WORTHLESS APP. THE SOFTWARE ENGINEERS ARE COMPLETE AMATEURS AND GET PAID TO MAKE HUGE MISTAKES IN DESIGN AND UPDATES OF THIS APP! HEADER IS TOO LARGE TO LOAD A PAGE. WOW!

I couldn't sign into my account. Called customer service and they reset my password. Issue resolved in less than 10 minutes with no more issues. I received an order today I placed recently. Opened the box and my shampoo is busted. I find the email saying my package arrived, scrolled down to the less than perfect condition and just followed the instructions. They gave me the choice of a refund or another bottle of shampoo. I love that they work so quickly to correct any issues!

1/3/26 App no longer works - cannot even log in to account. Asked local store mgr and she claimed "people are able to use the app." The app WAS great (until recently when it stopped working). It was helpful to see rewards at a glance, otherwise it was useless for placing orders.

Whoever created the rewards program for B&BW needs to be more honest with your customers. All of these exclusions???!!!! REALLY???!!! I feel like I might as well buy the products I want from cheaper venues because I don't get to spend the rewards I've earned the ways I want to spend them. Shame on you!

First, let me say that Bath & Body Works is one of my favorite stores but I am not a fan of their app at all. I have had issues with it for months. I've even deleted it multiple times and downloaded it again and it still has many glitches, it won't let me sign into my account, it's somewhat slower than before and it has a hard time finding my location. Hopefully a future update fixes the issues for me. I will still forever love their products and continue to shop there though!!!
