Really disappointed! One or another feature is always giving an error. Sometimes the team schedule doesn't work, other days accessing tickets. Now, the new rewards program doesn't load. The app needs to be re-developed.

Can't access my team's schedule. What is the point of the app if your tabs don't work randomly. There is no point to the app if tabs don't work.

Very slow app, freezes and crashes constantly. This app runs the risk that it will crash when you need to scan your tickets. Why is this needed when there is a ticket master app?

This season it requires you to install a Google Wallet and add the tickets there before it will let you access the ticket inside this app. Why then does this app need to exist, if I need to link a ticketmaster account and set up another wallet anyway? Terrible user experience. At least I can access the tickets from the app once I installed the Google Wallet app. I'll just uninstall the wallet app after the game.

Slow and useless app. Wish I could just use ticketmaster.

Everything is ok with the app, except I suddenly cannot access my tickets. This needs to be fixed. I contacted Ticketmaster concerning this, but they were no help, and now I may not be able to get into the games that I paid well over $1600 for because I can't open the tickets for scanning.
