Fixed issue where an invalid sales account is used when a sales order is created in an organizational unit that is different from the current OU.<br>If sales account was not found, then the human-readable message is shown instead of the exception message.

Fixed incorrect product location when a new item is created via the "Add manually" menu item.<br>Fixed price editing is disabled in the web UI after sales order creation.<br>Fixed issue where selected organizational unit in New Sales Order dialog was ignored.
