Compatible with various trackers and apps:
Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit, Withings and Polar trackers can be connected to active365 so that your daily steps and activities can be displayed in active365. Collect points and increase your activePoints.
*You can collect activePoints with the following activities:
Daily: Take 7,500 steps and complete at least one session on active365
Weekly: Do 300 minutes of movement, 90 minutes of mindfulness and 20 minutes of knowledge
Monthly: Finish two programmes and four activeMissions
Annually: Submit two confirmations of health checks, prevention measures and social engagement, and four confirmations of membership of a gym or sports club
