It is great to use but why does it exclude viral load result which is also dire important

Peope complaining about R50 while getting all these features faster and at much ease than the NHLS website...this is a great app and if you don't like it you can change to other alternatives. I've been using it for a long time now...of course each app don't have everything you might want...but this one is good mxm

Since the NHLS "situation"... Now that it's back, I can't log into the app despite being able to access the website... Will this be resolved?

Since the Nhls website has been down for 13 days. Are we going to be refunded or we should just cancel the subscription for labtrak for now?

Devson software your app does not allow me to end my subscription. The only option it allows me under "my subscription" is to change to pro. I have tried emailing your support line over a week ago with no response. Up until now my experience has been a positive one. Please assist ASAP. Thank you Update: Shortly after posting here I have received assistance that I did not get via email and have managed to cancel my subscription. Labtrak did serve me well for a time, thank you
