io ho seri problemi ad entrare. non so neanche il mio piano tariffario... da due anni sono entrata in uno mobile e mai riesco ad iscrivermi all'app. sono due anni che ricevo il messaggio "ops. qualcosa è andato storto". L'assistenza è praticamente inesistente. ho cambiato anche telefono. nulla da fare. pessima app. inutile

L'app funziona a singhiozzo, alcune volte va e molte volte non mi carica la pagina iniziale e non posso vedere nulla e neanche effettuare la ricarica.

vorrei sapere perché' non riesco a registrarmi nell'app continuano a inviarmi un diverso codice segreto e automaticamente a fine registrazione con numero di telefono e password inseriti nell'app dice che qualcosa e' andato storto

Ho provato a contattare il supporto, ma non c'è stato modo di poter riuscire a parlare con un operatore umano, ma alla fine, in autonomia sono riuscito a capire come registrarsi nell'app. Praticamente non c'è alcun pulsante con su scritto: registrati, come indicato su internet, ma in pratica va cliccato "resetta password" ed inserita una password con lettere minuscole e maiuscole, numeri e caratteri speciali
