I got a nova hair curler delivered on the 19th of December,with absolutely no secure packaging,its in the trash now cuz it stopped working entirely,they sell damaged stuff with no return policy,just go to the market or any other online store

Terrible experience and poor customer service. I had to finally complete my payment and still doesn't know how long it's going to take before delivery is made. in fact I'm not even sure if the item would be delivered. for me it's 0%rating. location verification takes over a week and even an agent was telling me to link my bank or card before my location could be verified. after verification I still don't know when the item can be delivered. I would gladly want a refund please🙏
