In the beautiful world of Ascalon, numerous races and factions have fought for dominion over these fabled lands since the end of the War of the Gods, just ten thousand years ago. Now, the all-devouring Darkspawn have invaded the land, leaving naught but destruction and desolation in their wake. The races of Ascalon now face a common enemy, but can old yet unresolved prejudices, transgressions, and betrayals be laid to rest so easily?
That will be up to you. As a Lord Commander of your faction, you’ll need to use your wisdom and prowess to establish a stalwart foothold in the world. Build up your army and dragon, rally allies to your cause, and defeat the Darkspawn that threatens all you hold dear.
A new dawn approaches the world of Ascalon. Will you be its champion?
[Game Features]
1. Real-time Combat
Engage in wars of epic proportions across the lands of Ascalon with players and NPCs alike. Display your military prowess by utilizing clever tactics and strategies to gain advantages over your opponents and send them running.
2. Raise your dragon
Undergo the Trial of Shirrlauth, the dragon god, and obtain a dragon egg from her brood. Hatch it and bind your paths with a Dragon Pact. Your draconic friend will become your most trusted and loyal companion in your fight against the Darkspawn.
3. Three Factions
Humans, Elves, and Orcs are the primary races of the three respective factions found on Ascalon, with other races dispersed amongst their ranks. Each faction has unique and special buildings, units, and talents. Take on the role of Lord Commander and lead your faction to victory against those who wish to bring harm to your people.
4. Alliance System
Build friendships and strategize with players from all over the world. Whether it’s helping expand territories or coordinating attacks on enemies, everything is easier and more rewarding with friends and allies. Wars cannot be won alone, so jump in and discover your new companions!
5. Grand Leader
Command your Alliance in the fight for the Royal City. Use its unparalleled power to manage and control the entire kingdom! Become the Grand Leader of the world of Ascalon.
