Cannot login because it will not accept the password i use with the web site. I need to use an insecure password to use the app. no thanks.

Beta mode is great, but one small suggestion (if it's not too hard to implement across the multitude of devices) would be to let rotation of the display automatically put the energy usage charts in landscape (full-screen) mode, instead of having to press the icon to get there, and again to return.

Pretty good app, needs more detailed info about your plan and costs (Even switching plans). Would love to see a widget for quick glances of my bill and usage. Like what AGL has.

I joined globird because they seemed to be getting pretty decent rates. They Just increased my rates and im estimated to be hit with a 40% increase. switching providers

Simplistic app it would be nice if it didn't say outstanding balance if you're in credit and next to it you were given a rough to exact amount of what your bill is upto that day

It's a pretty basic app, and there's certainly an enhancement which would make it stack up against other companies. That enhancement would be to track total usage and cost for the billing period to date. This kay even include a daily cost on the usage graph in the app, say, if you tap on the bar, it could provide the usage cost for that day.

Edit: I like knowing that the company and developers are committed to listening to people's feedback, the app has improved a lot! There is still work to be done but progress is visible. 👍 Original post: I just sign in and service in general it is not bad but the app does absolutely nothing, you cannot pay there, you cannot see much information about the account, you cannot send data from the gas meter, etc. There is definitely no type of integration between the website and the app.

It's fine, but needs the function to add self reads. Also not very well optimised (some pages look like browser versions).
