Incredibly frustrating app. Constant error messages. Problems on my phone, Roku Express, and desktop. It is very difficult to believe that the premier sports franchise in America cannot come up with a working app. The Yes app worked much better than this even though it had problems too. Do better.

The app does not work. I get error messages every time I try to watch anything. It sucks....bring back the YES app.

This is by far, the absolute worst app you will ever download in your life. It literally doesn't even function at a basic level. The fact that there isn't a class action lawsuit against the company is crazy. Do not download this, find a pirated stream.

I'd go lower than one star if possible. STAY away from this app. Major streaming issues and very poor technical response. Twice I was told my case would be escalated and someone would get back to me. I'm still waiting for a response for over a week. The customer service people are nice but they have no ability to fix the technical glitches that impacts this app. Best advice, stay away from Gotham Sports

Buffering, lag, errors and glitchy ads to disrupt while watching a game for such a pricey subscription is wild. Do better

Horrible on Roku Ultra. Constantly crashes if wired which is why people buy a Roku Ultra. This bug has been known for months and can't be fixed. Every time you start a game you have to change to wireless and then remember to switch it back. Multiple Rokus? Passwords don't carry through you must sign in each one. But if you accidentally uninstall one magically they're connected and all uninstall! Watching pregame show? Every minute a huge pop up reminds you the game hasn't started!

Nonremovable gray bar above video. makes the video smaller. Can't zoom In on video. These are all basic things that are not issues in any other video playing app. I am paying a lot of money to use this app and the experience is truly lacking.
