rubbish. says chargers are unknown when it is actually available to use so I have to use my octopus RFID card instead and so can't use the credit I have on the app!?

The App works well but my charging experience is a bit hit and miss. Went again to charge this morning with a current charge of 31 percent. connected up and started charging at 20kwh then at 45% it dropped to 18kwh. A guy pulled in next to me as I was finishing with his nissan leaf and at 3% charge it started charging at 40kwh. So it appears to me the lower the charge i.e blow 10%will give a decent charge rate. I find it very frustrating to get this low rate of charge, I expect a drop off at 80

Absolute Wreckage. This app stole 40 pounds off me in registration fees by making me sign up twice, and then the charger wouldn't even charge my car. Then the "customer service" agent pretended the problem was my car, so i went and charged (without a hitch) elsewhere. How wonderful to see that the EV revolution has been turned into just another opportunity for predatory businesses to rip us all off.

no complaints whatsoever. does what it says with an easy to use interface and responsive buttons
