Borbalo is the App for Drivers.
It will remind you and make it easier for you to pay fines on time, and it will also make it easier for you to buy parking permits.
After adding a car to the application, you will receive all types of newly printed fines, i.e., patrol, video, and parking fines.
Borbalo will also send notifications when important dates for these fines are approaching, for example, when the discount period is about to expire, or the rate is to increase.
With a glance, you will know for what reason, by what amount, and when you were fined. The numbers in the circle on the side indicate how much time is left until the end of a particular period.

Borbalo also offers other services. For example, you can quickly pay for Zonal Parking with us - in three steps: just choose a car, enter the number of the place and turn it on. You'll pay for parking until you're done parking from the App, and don't worry about being reminded from time to time that you're turned on again.
Alternatively, you can purchase a long-term parking pass for your city: Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi, or Gori.
All payments made with us will be stored on the Archive page for one year, and on the Garage page, you will see a summary and find out how many Laris fines you have paid in the current month.
Borbalo's Automatic Payments system allows you to always pay fines at the best price on the last day of the discount. You can also purchase parking permits automatically.
